Below are the guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our Internet site or when you use our online support offerings. Our Privacy Statement discloses the privacy guidelines for the Web site. The guidelines at this site are applicable only to this domestic Web site.

We only ask for specific types of personal information

 In a few areas on our Web site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit, to assist you with purchase and technical support issues or to follow up with you after your visit. It is completely optional for you to participate.

Other areas of the site, like our Connection Café feature will require more detailed information that will allow us to clearly identify and prove your identity.  We do this to protect our Site, Ourselves and the user’s of the site from people who might be seeking to create connections for unacceptable, illicit or illegal sex or commerce.

Product Return Policy

All products sold on this website are guaranteed to be free from defect and in physical working condition for 30 days from date of your shipment arrival as indicated by shipment confirmation of delivery.

Jeff Rindt, M.A. LPC / The American Center for Relationships & Recovery / Thrive Consulting offer an exchange and refund policy on most items. Return exceptions for specific products are indicated on the individual product pages.

If you are displeased with any aspect of the helpfulness of the Getting On With It! Series, we will refund your purchase price under the following conditions:

  • You must get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  To do this, call our offices at 918.742.7722.
  • All CD’s must be in complete working order and free from all damage, excessive use indications or scratches.
  • Any CD’s in the set damaged through negligence, carelessness, heat or any other circumstance related to use, will nullify the return of all the CD’s in the set.  We won’t accept partial return of a set of CD’s.
  • We do not accept partial returns of any part of any workbooks we sell.
  • All Workbook pages must be unmarked.
  • All pages must be intact and placed appropriately in the workbook
  • All CD Sleeves must be in perfect condition
  • The Binder for the workbook must be in perfect condition to include; the hardware, view binder plastic on the external front and back of the workbook, artwork inserted in the view binder front and back and the interior of the workbook binder.
  • Any use or damage to a workbook will result in a refund reduction of $45. From the original amount of purchase.   You may keep the binder and workbook and return CD’s with the sleeves and all other appertencances. 
  • Please be aware that the serial number on the item to be returned must match the original serial number of the product that was shipped to you. If you attempt to return an item that was not purchased through our online store, the item will be shipped back at your expense. In addition, all fraudulent returns will be reported to the credit card issuer. Thank you for your understanding
  • Returns must include all CD’s, CD sleeves, appertenances, printing, workbook binders, workbook art, workbook pages and all other materials that were included in the original shipment, in the manufacturers box. Any item returned without the original packaging will either be refused or subject to an additional charge.
  • For replacement products a minimum shipping fee of $7.95 for UPS ground shipping will be charged to your account.
  • Physically damaged items cannot be returned for credit or exchange (i.e. physically broken CD’s, scratched CD’s or any damages or inoperable other items that were damaged after you took possession of the original shipment).
  • Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
  • Sorry, we can not accept returns on closeout and refurbished items.
  • We do not take responsibility for any other manufacturer warranty, if for any reason the manufacturer does not cover their warranty.
  • Jeff Rindt, M.A. LPC and/ or The American Center for Relationships & Recovery are not responsible for any damage that our CD’s or other items we sell or have sold may have caused.
